Description
This customizable steel structure insulated warehouse is specifically engineered for scenarios such as fruit and vegetable grading & processing, chemical and packaging material storage, cold chain supporting facilities, and more. It supports personalized customization of height, span, and internal functional zones, while integrating excellent lighting, ventilation, and thermal insulation performance to meet the storage and production needs of various industries.
The warehouse main body is constructed with a steel structure frame, paired with flame-retardant insulated sandwich panels for enclosure. The overall structure is stable, durable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. Polycarbonate daylighting strips are installed on the roof to fully utilize natural light for illumination during the day, reducing energy consumption. Meanwhile, roof exhaust fans are equipped to accelerate indoor air circulation, effectively lowering the internal temperature and creating a comfortable working environment.
Core Structural Configuration (Customizable on Demand)
- Main Steel Structure: Adopts Q345 grade H-beam (specifications customizable), featuring high load-bearing capacity and excellent wind and earthquake resistance. Suitable for large-span space design, it meets the requirements of large equipment entry and cargo turnover.
- Purlin System: Roof purlins use Q235 grade 160*50 section steel (thickness 2.3mm), and wall purlins adopt Q235 grade 140*50 section steel (thickness 2.3mm). The reasonable purlin layout enhances the overall stability of the warehouse and ensures effective load distribution.
- Bracing System: Cross bracing and purlin bracing are made of φ20 steel wire (Q235 grade), which further strengthens the structural rigidity of the warehouse and improves its resistance to lateral forces.
- Roof & Wall Panels: Both roof and wall panels are 75mm PU sandwich panels (thickness customizable). The PU core material has excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation effects, and the panels are equipped with flame-retardant additives to meet fire safety standards, ensuring the safety of stored goods and personnel.
Internal Functional Zone Design
The interior of the warehouse is divided into multiple functional zones using insulated partition walls, including a dedicated storage room for chemicals and packaging materials, a cold room for fresh-keeping of perishable goods, and a main processing area. The independent chemical storage zone effectively isolates hazardous substances, while the cold room maintains a stable low-temperature environment to extend the shelf life of fruits, vegetables, and other products.
The main area is designed for bell pepper grading and packing lines (or other agricultural product processing equipment), with a reasonable layout to ensure smooth operation of the production line. Sufficient expansion space is reserved to accommodate future production scale expansion when additional greenhouses or processing equipment are added.
