Intelligent Solar Greenhouse | Complete Frame & Supporting System
Intelligent Solar Greenhouse: Complete Configuration from Frame to Supporting Facilities
An intelligent solar greenhouse is an upgraded version of the traditional solar greenhouse equipped with auxiliary supporting equipment. Its main structure still consists of a north-facing rear wall, rear slope and front slope lighting surface, which absorbs and stores heat through solar radiation. The newly added components include environmental control, irrigation, data monitoring and other systems. The core structure remains unchanged, while operation becomes easier and environmental regulation is data-driven.
Main Structural Parameters (For Reference)
- Frame Material: Galvanized light steel frame. The galvanized treatment enhances corrosion resistance. The structural design complies with local snow and wind load requirements.
- Greenhouse Span: Commonly 8–10 meters, adjustable according to site conditions.
- Greenhouse Length: Determined by the site, generally ranging from 20 to 60 meters.
- Front Slope Height: Approximately 1.3 meters, affecting the lighting angle.
- Rear Wall Height: About 2.5–3 meters, responsible for heat storage and thermal insulation.
- Peak Height: Around 4–4.5 meters, defining the internal working space of the greenhouse.
Note: The above values are for reference only. Custom dimensions shall be designed based on local climate, location and crop varieties.
Supporting Systems
表格
| System Category | Main Components | Function Description |
|---|---|---|
| Covering & Thermal Insulation | PO film, thermal insulation quilts | PO film features high light transmittance. Thermal quilts are covered at night to reduce heat loss. |
| Planting Facilities | Mobile seedbeds | Facilitate daily management and improve space utilization. |
| Irrigation Equipment | Self-propelled sprinklers, drip tapes, etc. | Ensure uniform irrigation and reduce manual labor. |
| Cooling & Ventilation | Fan-and-pad cooling system, roof & side windows | Regulate temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse in summer. |
| Environmental Monitoring | Integrated sensors (temperature, humidity, light, etc.) | Collect environmental data to support precise regulation. |
| Power Supply | Standard power distribution system | Provide power supply for the operation of all types of equipment. |
Key Advantages
- Excellent energy efficiency: Solar radiation serves as the primary heat source. Heat is stored in the daytime and retained at night, lowering reliance on external heating equipment and cutting operational costs.
- Strong thermal insulation: Heat storage from the rear wall and rear slope, combined with thermal quilts, maintains a stable temperature difference inside the greenhouse, suitable for overwintering crops.
- Optimized lighting design: The angle of the front slope is customized according to local latitude to maximize winter sunlight for better crop growth.
- Robust structure with long service life: The galvanized light steel frame resists corrosion. With standard construction and regular maintenance, the greenhouse can serve for a long period.
- Convenient management: Equipped with mobile seedbeds and self-propelled sprinklers to save labor on watering, seedling transplanting and daily inspection.
- Data-based environmental control: Fans, wet pads, ventilation windows and sensors work together to adjust temperature and humidity, reducing errors from empirical judgment.
- Wide application scenarios: Suitable for vegetable cultivation, seedling breeding, flower growing, early maturing fruit tree cultivation, as well as sightseeing and picking parks.
