Description
Commercial flower greenhouse operators worldwide often encounter two core operational dilemmas: unstable flower quality & flowering cycle and recurring running waste. Traditional greenhouse structures fail to adapt to diverse regional climates and flower growth characteristics, triggering frequent equipment failure, uneven flower budding and high operational costs, greatly squeezing commercial flower planting profitability.
Founded in 2016, our factory focuses on tailor-made Venlo flower greenhouse development for global commercial flower farms. Every design iteration centers on real on-site flower planting demands, abandoning rigid standardized manufacturing templates, and delivers targeted greenhouse solutions for different varieties of ornamental flowers, potted flowers and cut flowers.
We have successfully delivered over 120 cross-border agricultural facility projects. Our custom flower farming systems serve commercial flower cultivation operations across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, stabilizing flower output quality, standardizing planting cycles and supporting long-term high-profit agricultural operation.
All functional advantages are validated through two complete flower growth and flowering cycles. We discard empty theoretical parameters, ensuring every on-site optimization delivers tangible, replicable quality improvement and cost-saving benefits for commercial flower farming operations.
1. Authentic Overseas Flower Farm Cases | Measurable Commercial Returns
Standardized greenhouse models cannot adapt to varied regional environmental characteristics and differentiated flower growth needs. This leads to uneven flower budding, inconsistent flowering periods, poor flower quality and unregulated daily operational expenses throughout the planting season.
Our Venlo flower greenhouses feature fully customized designs tailored to individual flower farm sites. We adjust every structural detail to match local weather patterns, soil conditions, light intensity and unique growth & flowering habits of target flower varieties.
Two classic overseas project cases fully demonstrate how personalized flower greenhouse design stabilizes flower quality and yield, standardizes flowering cycles and cuts unnecessary flower farming overheads.
4.2ha Commercial Cut Flower Rose Farm, Poland (Completed 2021)
This large-scale European cut flower planting base adopts full intelligent flower farming systems. The entire facility is fine-tuned to accommodate regional seasonal temperature differences, weak light in winter and rainy and humid weather in summer, fully adapting to the growth preferences of premium cut roses.
The farm achieves a stable annual output of 85 premium cut roses per square meter, with a premium flower rate of 96%, far outperforming conventional glass greenhouses of equivalent scale in flower quality, commodity rate and unit-area economic benefit.
Scientific light supplement, ventilation and humidity control spatial layout eliminates invalid energy consumption in daily flower maintenance, realizing precise regulation of temperature, light and humidity required for rose growth, and creating long-term economic advantages for large-scale commercial cut flower cultivation.
Upgraded anti-corrosion frame and high-tightness sealing components extend overall service life, effectively avoiding flower growth disorders caused by external temperature and humidity interference, and reducing repeated equipment renewal costs for long-duration flower farm operation.
1.8ha Commercial Potted Carnation Farm, Saudi Arabia (Completed 2023)
Coastal Middle Eastern flower farming sites demand robust structural resilience against high temperature, strong sunlight and dry and windy harsh outdoor conditions. We upgrade core structural components and supporting environmental control systems to withstand extreme local weather scenarios and meet the shade preservation, moisturizing and heat-resistant growth needs of carnations.
The custom greenhouse layout enables year-round uninterrupted potted carnation cultivation, breaking seasonal planting restrictions, and delivering a stable annual output of 120 high-quality potted carnations per square meter with neat flowering phases and bright flower colors.
Optimized sunshade, ventilation and constant-temperature thermal insulation structures prevent excessive energy use in peak summer heat, avoid flower fading, leaf scorch and growth stagnation caused by high temperature and strong light, keeping daily cooling and humidity-control expenditures within a controllable range.
Reinforced structural craftsmanship and dust-proof and wind-resistant design minimize on-site equipment failure rates, reduce seasonal equipment inspection and maintenance workloads, and effectively guarantee the continuous and stable growth of high-value potted flowers.
