    Description

    The design concept of the greenhouse is "adhering to the principles of science and practicality; adhering to the principles of increasing the utilization rate of land resources, energy conservation, water conservation, and efficiency; adhering to the principles of using advanced, reliable and suitable materials for the greenhouse structure and selecting equipment; adhering to the principles". Therefore, according to the construction requirements, we have selected imported or domestic products at the key parts of each system.
    1.1, Technical Parameters
    This project is an intelligent greenhouse project, suitable for the cultivation of flowers, vegetables, melons, fruit trees, etc. The construction content includes the foundation of the greenhouse, the main structure of the greenhouse, covering materials, ventilation system, internal shading system, fan and wet curtain cooling system, power distribution and control system, etc.
    (1) Wind load: 0.30 kN/m² (equivalent to a ten-level wind)
    (2) Snow load: 0.40 kN/m² (40 kilograms per square meter)
    (3) Rainwater drainage capacity: 120mm/h (lasting for 5 minutes)
    (4) Constant load in greenhouse: 20 kg per square meter for glass greenhouses
    (5) Requirements for the foundation engineering of the greenhouse: It is necessary to design based on the on-site geological conditions and in accordance with the standard "Design Code for Building Foundation". (6) Electrical parameters: 220V/380V, 50HZ, PH2/PH3
    2. Greenhouse Infrastructure Construction
    The construction site of the greenhouse should be free of large rocks, underground pipelines, underground facilities, etc. within a depth of one meter underground. The construction party should complete the "five utilities and one level" work as per the requirements for greenhouse construction, which includes water supply, power supply, road access, telephone service, drainage, and leveling and compacting of the site. Before obtaining the geological description or investigation report of the site, the bidding unit should temporarily design and prepare the budget based on the allowable bearing capacity standard value of the bearing stratum ≥ 80 kpa and the stable groundwater level at ±0.000 + 1 m. The embedded depth of the independent point-type foundation is approximately 0.5 m below ±0.000, and the greenhouse interior adopts independent foundations. Brick wall skirts 0.5 meters high are set around the greenhouse, with the lower part approximately 0.5 meters below ±0.000 and the upper part 0.50 m above ±0.000. Anchoring bolts are pre-embedded at the top of the foundation and foundation beams to connect the upper structure columns. The inner and outer surfaces of the wall skirts are plastered with cement mortar. Concrete curb slopes 50 cm wide are set around the greenhouse outside, and the drainage facilities outside are connected to the drainage ditch outside the curb slope. The drainage ditch around the greenhouse is constructed by the owner.
    3. Main Framework of the Greenhouse
    All steel structure materials used for the greenhouse are of high-quality rectangular tubes in accordance with national standards. All columns, trusses, and connecting components and parts are processed, welded, and then hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion; they are assembled on-site without welding. Other steel components and fasteners are treated with hot-dip galvanization, produced in the factory, and assembled on-site. The main connection and fixation parts mainly use M8, M10, and M12 hexagonal head bolts that comply with GB5782 standards (adopting 12.8 grade) and corresponding hexagonal nuts that comply with GB6170 standards, all treated with hot-dip galvanization. The service life of the main structure of the greenhouse is not less than 20 years. The main material specifications are as follows:
    1. Foundation: The surrounding foundation of the greenhouse uses a 0.6-meter-high strip foundation, and the interior adopts independent point-type foundation.
    2. The greenhouse frame is made of lightweight steel structure, and the frame structure is constructed using domestically produced hot-dip galvanized steel.
    ① The column is made of 120*120*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes.
    ② The end face column is also made of 120*120*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes.
    ③ The side columns are made of 120*60*2.5mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes.
    ④ The trusses and ring beams are made of 50*50*2.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes.
    ⑤ The thickness of the galvanized layer for the main framework of the greenhouse is 0.06 - 0.08 mm. The standard for hot galvanizing follows GB/T3091-93.
    ⑥ The sink is made of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized steel plate with a thickness of B = 2.0mm. The slope of the sink is 2.5‰ for drainage. All connecting parts are made of hot-dip galvanized bolts, which are both corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing.
    4. Covering materials
    The top and sides of the greenhouse are covered with 12-15 mesh PO film. The aluminum alloy profiles are manufactured in accordance with the standards of "GB/T5237.1 - 5237.5 - 2000 Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles", and the main load-bearing components are high-strength aluminum alloys. The surface is treated with anodizing.
    Aluminum alloy profiles: The surface has undergone oxidation and sandblasting treatment; Special aluminum profiles, independently developed; Aluminum profile thickness is 1.0mm or above.
    The triangular roof area of the greenhouse is entirely constructed with aluminum alloy structure instead of steel structure to enhance the light transmittance. Under all the skylights, there are "U-shaped" or "L-shaped" aluminum alloy condensate water collection troughs. The condensate water is drained through pipes to the outside of the greenhouse, which helps to reduce humidity, promotes crop growth, and prevents pests and diseases. A 40-mesh insect-proof net is installed at the misting area to prevent pests from entering.
